The Culture House was opened in 1959. Thelarge hall offers space for up to 600 guests without seating at concerts, when the hall is used with seating the number of guests is reduced to 497 and even further to 300 during dance events.

The Culture House offers variable seating and style options, a theatre stage with retractable orchestra stage, professional lighting and audio engineering, a music common room, artists' dressing rooms at the stage house among others for theatre and ballet performances, concerts, multi-vision presentations, dance events, meetings, seminars, exhibitions and presentations of different kinds and sizes.
